Payroll & Benefits Management

Do you have a basic payroll process, is it a little complicated or need help setting up a new payroll platform. I have years of experience preparing and processing non-exempt and exempt, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-month payroll. Managing multistate, 401k disbursements, wage garnishments, bonus payouts, overtime, shift differential calculations, state taxes , income tax withholding, SUTA, off cycle payroll, payroll projects, audits and retirement vendor site management, i.e. Vanguard, Fidelity, American Funds.  

Annual open enrollment can be stressful so thoughful planning and coordination is required. Implementing a brand new benefit plan, explaining summary plan description (SPD), processing renewals and updating employer/employee costs can be tedious and requires attention to detail. I can assist with new benefit roll out, employee enrollment in vendor sites and HRIS/ payroll database to ensure alignment.
